Built for you
InnovateX leads the approved implementation.
For owners who want one accountable partner to carry the build while they stay focused on the business.
About 1–2 hours per week for decisions, reviews and access to key people.
How We Work
InnovateX uses one transformation method, but the level of implementation ownership can change. Start with the problem, understand what needs to happen, then choose the path that best fits your capacity.
Our process
We investigate the operating reality before recommending technology, scope or level of support.
Share the business problem, goals and existing systems.
Make workflows, constraints, dependencies and readiness visible.
Connect the evidence to root causes, priorities and opportunities.
Understand the recommended sequence, tradeoffs and expected outcomes.
Decide whether InnovateX leads, builds with you, or guides your team.
Three ways to work together
Each path now has its own next-step experience so you can understand what happens before you commit.

Your team and InnovateX implement together.

Investment
The business problem, number of workflows and systems, integration requirements, data readiness, team capacity and implementation depth all affect investment. Except where a public offer has an approved price, InnovateX provides a custom proposal after the work is understood.
A $750 implementation deposit may be used to reserve an approved implementation engagement and is credited toward that engagement. It does not create or expand scope and does not replace a proposal, statement of work or service terms.
